Cancellation Policy

To provide each guest with the highest level of service, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
